A New Chapter Begins

To our loyal customers, friends, and community,

I've been meaning to post an update for quite some time, but every time I sat down to write one, something changed. Thankfully, this time we finally have some exciting news to share.

​

First, I want to say thank you. After announcing our closure, so many of you reached out with words of encouragement, shared potential locations, connected us with property owners, and kept an eye out for opportunities. We truly appreciate every message, recommendation, and conversation.

​

I'm happy to say that we've chosen the location for our next brick-and-mortar restaurant. While we're not quite ready to reveal it just yet, we're incredibly excited about what's ahead. There's still plenty of work to do, including finalizing the layout, completing a few improvements, and getting everything ready for inspection before we can welcome everyone back through the doors.

But we didn't want to keep everyone waiting in the meantime.

​

Over the past month, we've also been searching for the perfect food truck so we could get back to serving you as soon as possible. We looked at around a hundred trucks and trailers in person, traveled all across Ohio, and even took a road trip to Tennessee to see a few more. After countless miles and weeks of searching, we're excited to say we've finally found one that's a perfect fit for our business.

Right now we're busy renovating the truck, making it our own, and getting everything ready for inspection. We still have a little work ahead of us, but we're getting closer every day. Once it's ready, we'll be back to doing what we do best—making delicious food and sharing it with all of you.

Although the format may be different for a little while, our commitment remains exactly the same: great food, familiar faces, and the hospitality that has always been at the heart of Greek Star.

The food truck isn't our final destination—it's simply the next step in our journey while we prepare our new restaurant for its grand opening.

We'll be sharing more updates soon, including the location of our new restaurant, photos of the food truck, and, of course, our opening date as soon as everything is finalized.

None of this would be possible without you. Your encouragement, kind words, and unwavering support over the past several weeks have meant more than you know. Thank you for believing in us and for sticking with us through this transition.
