We’re absolutely blown away by the love you showed us Saturday at the Greek Star food truck. Familiar faces, new friends, and so much support—it truly means the world to us.

We had an incredible—and very busy—day, including the honor of being part of the Amos Family’s 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration! 🎊❤️ Congratulations to the Amos family on such an amazing milestone, and thank you for letting Greek Star be a part of your special day!

Now, first days come with a few hiccups. We ran out of our regular fries and had to swap in a quick backup batch—we definitely weren't expecting that many of you! 😅 We know some of you noticed, and we can’t thank you enough for rolling with it. We hear you, and we’re already restocking so next time, it's crispy perfection all the way. 🍟

We’re also making checkout faster and easier—a new, smaller payment terminal is coming soon so you can skip the big screen and breeze through!

Day one was a huge success, and it’s all because of YOU. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and your appetite. 

We’re just getting started! More updates are coming, and we can’t wait to serve you again this week.

This week, we’ll be setting up right near Combustion Brewery & Tap Room but not in their usual spot we will be parked at the former home of Bob's barbeque Pickerington location and future Greek Star Restaurant —so you can grab a pour and a gyro all in one stop! 🍻🌯

Our regular hours will be:
📍 Monday–Thursday: 3 PM–9 PM
📍 Friday & Saturday: 11 AM–9 PM
